Concurrence on 2022 proposed EPR scheme fees

This letter serves to inform you that the Minister of Finance has granted concurrence for the application of the Extended Producer Responsibility fees for 2022 in accordance with Regulation 7(2) of the Extended Producer Responsibility Regulations 2020, as amended. Attached hereto is the letter from the Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and Environment, Ms Barbara Creecy.

This approval for the 2022 Extended Producer Responsibility fee applies from 1 January 2022 to all identified product categories submitted under the scheme to the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and Environment on 4 November 2021.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank all members who have submitted their declarations, and made payments of their Quarter 1 fees.

With the report submission deadline looming on 30 July 2022, we urge all members who have not made their declarations to do as soon as possible.
